About the role:
We are looking for a talented, all-rounded marketer to join us on an exciting journey, where you will be working hand in hand with the world’s leading team of cyber security experts, to help organisations become more secure.
We’re a small but rapidly growing team of professionals who are passionate about the work that they do. We are looking for someone who is equally enthusiastic about technology to join our team. You’ll be a creative self-starter who is not afraid to try new things and is curious to explore innovative approaches to drive the business forward. You will come with a marketing background and a track record of driving revenue and sales qualified leads, ideally, within SaaS, high-growth start-ups, or technology companies.
As a marketing manager, you will be working closely with other members of the marketing and sales team on achieving growth targets. You will be confident implementing fully integrated marketing campaigns and managing a variety of marketing tasks, ranging from industry events to driving sales qualified leads through digital channels. You will develop a deep understanding of the product and our audience, to bring forward the right features in our communication and increase Intruder’s market presence.
Being outcome-driven, you will carefully plan your activities, set measurable objectives, and weigh what is likely to bring more value to the business. You will be comfortable using analytics tools and CRM systems to report on results as well as identify opportunities for further growth.
Some of the key responsibilities:
- Work with the wider marketing team on building effective multi-channel campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales team, create relevant assets to accelerate the sales process
- Run email marketing campaigns, manage audience lists, messaging, copy creation, delivery, and assessment
- Research, plan, and coordinate events, such as trade shows and webinars
- CRM administration, data analysis, and reporting
- Management of the website, including landing page creation and content updates
- Write creative briefs and work with designers and freelancers
- Manage social media channels to increase Intruder’s visibility
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least five years marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS or a technical B2B marketing role
- Experience successfully launching products and building Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies
- Proven experience working with the sales team to achieve growth targets
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and HubSpot
- Excellent project management skills and ability to execute complex marketing campaigns
- Experience building email series and using automation tools to achieve marketing objectives
- Confidence working with data, ability to derive actionable insights to improve results
- Experience using CMS platforms such as Webflow is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills

- £45,000 - £60,000

- Flexible working - you can work from home, but you should be in a position to work from our Shoreditch office 1-2 times a week
