About the Role:
This is a fixed-term, part-time role - perfect for you if you're looking for some flexibility! As a maternity cover for our solo People Manager, you'll work on Tuesdays and Thursdays, both days from our London office in Shoreditch. If you would prefer to work 3 days per week, the third day will be a day of your choosing and it will be remote.
You'll report into the Chief of Staff and be responsible for the smooth running of all of our People Operations processes. Your goals will be to keep the Intruder team engaged and happy, and to attract and onboard new hires effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Seamlessly manage the employee lifecycle
- Run an effective and engaging recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
- Keep our HRIS Hibob updated and accurate
- Analyse, report on and action our quarterly engagement surveys
- Organise social activities once a quarter, including our annual company offsite
- Run our performance and salary review processes
- Keep the London office tidy and inviting
- Offboard employees
Experience we think you'll need to be successful:
Ideally you will have worked in a small People team within a start-up or scale-up, with experience in:
- HR Administration - Maintaining an HRIS (we use Hibob) and drafting employment contracts
- Recruitment - Managing an ATS (we use TeamTailor) and full-lifecycle recruitment supported by external recruitment partners
- Offices and events - You'll be running our London office and coordinating events, including our all-company offsite
- Performance management - Running performance reviews within a system similar to Lattice
- Salary reviews - Benchmarking salaries and managing a salary review process
- Onboarding and offboarding - Setting new joiners up for success in their first few weeks with us and managing offboarding when employees leave
