About the Marketing Coordinator position

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to manage our website content, drive SEO initiatives, and provide copywriting support across multiple channels. A typical week will include a lot of writing — including social posts, ad copy, landing pages and blog posts.

You will work closely with other members of the marketing team to execute campaigns.

What we think you need to be successful

• Ideally 1-2 years experience in a marketing coordinator/administrator role OR a degree in marketing with an internship or university placement
• You are a great communicator and wordsmith and can break down technical concepts in a way that is easy for everyone to understand
• You're self-sufficient, with a willingness to learn (including from mistakes!) and ability to think on your feet
• A strong teaming mindset - you put your hand up and contribute ideas within the Marketing team and work with others across the business to build and deliver an exceptional product
• Experience working with Webflow (or other website tools) is a plus
• Experience in cyber security or another B2B technology industry would be awesome, however we are looking for the best fit and attitude, wherever your experience comes from!

Interview Process

• Company intro (30 minutes, remote): initial chat with the people team for you to learn more about the role, Intruder and tell us what you're looking for
• If good vibes are mutual, you'll receive a short writing-based task to complete and return for review by our Head of Marketing, to show us your skills and creativity!
• Interview (60 mins): Deep dive into the role and your skillset with the Head of Marketing in our office here in Shoreditch.
• Founder chat (30 mins): Meet our CEO and Founder Chris to talk about Intruder and make sure our culture is a great match.
